The arrival of creative AI has put immediate pressure on teachers to become more adaptable than ever. Traditional top-down methods for fostering adaptability are proving ineffective. They slow down learning, focus heavily on long-term planning for an unpredictable future, and rely on rigid planning to avoid errors and mistakes.

Swivl’s adaptability initiative grant
The Adaptability Initiative Grant was designed to support K-12 schools in fostering dynamic learning environments through the integration of technology and innovation.
We are currently accepting applications (through November 3rd) to participate. To be eligible for the grant funds, schools must demonstrate a strong dedication to adaptability and commit to partnering with us in implementing Reflectivity into your organization.
